Sydney is an Alchemist who appears in Blood Promise. She thinks all Vampires are evil and creutures of the dark, even Dhampis and Moroi. She is very religious like all Alchemists. In the beginning she is a bit wary and untrusting of Rose. But they soon became more or less friends.
" I told you", she said. "I'm an Alchemist"
"And I told you, I don't know what that is. Is it some Russian word?"
